Trey Vail has been dedicated to healthcare since the age of 18, with the majority of his career spent at Erlanger Medical Center. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in 2010. After gaining valuable experience in the Shock/Trauma ICU, Trey returned to UTC to pursue his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), graduating in 2015 and beginning his career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
In 2023, Trey completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Auburn University. He currently serves as the Education and Recruitment Coordinator for Anesthesia Consultants Exchange, where he primarily practices obstetric anesthesia and holds administrative responsibilities within the group.
Trey is passionate about applying evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. His leadership and clinical expertise reflect a strong commitment to advancing the quality of anesthesia care
