East Tennessee Outreach & How to Help

Like you, our hearts are heavy for our fellow East Tennesseans and our neighbors in North Carolina, Florida and Georgia due to the catastrophic flooding caused by Hurricane Helene. We know our CRNA community may have been affected, and we are keeping them in our thoughts, as well as the first responders trying to help the victims of the recent flooding.

Assistance & Outreach

We have been reaching out to members that we believe could be in the flooded areas to make sure they are safe and/or checking to see if they need any assistance. However, we need your help. Please tell us if you, your family or another member need assistance by response to this email, or feel free to call the TANA Office at 615-329-3450.

Immediate Contributions

We are known as the “Volunteer State” for a reason. If you are wanting to help immediately, a fund with the East Tennessee Foundation has been established to accept monetary donations for impacted counties. This recommendation was made by TEMA (Tennessee Emergency Management Agency). For more information on the fund and how to donate, visit the East Tennessee Foundation website.
