Mentors share real-world experience, career guidance, and professional insight while earning MAC Dev CE credits (formerly Class B). SRNAs gain valuable knowledge about clinical practice, job preparation, workplace expectations, and career planning, along with the opportunity to build meaningful professional connections. Mentors
TANA Ascend welcomes experienced CRNAs who are passionate about supporting the next generation of anesthesia professionals. Mentors are clinicians who want to share their knowledge, provide guidance, and contribute to the growth of SRNAs across Tennessee. Participation offers an opportunity to strengthen leadership and teaching skills, expand professional connections, and give back to the profession while earning MAC Dev CE credits (formerly Class B).
Mentees
TANA Ascend is designed for Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists seeking mentorship, professional insight, and support as they prepare to enter practice. Mentees gain valuable perspective on clinical practice, career planning, workplace expectations, and professional development while building meaningful relationships with experienced CRNAs who are invested in their success.
